Maxi kit STAGE6 R/T 95cc stroke 44 connecting rod 90 x MINARELLI AM6

The 95 R/T kit is supplied with an exhaust flange and reducer that can be used to install all MINARELLI AM6 exhaust systems with a flange diameter of 35 and 38 mm . The flange has two O-rings to ensure a perfect seal, with an O-ring on the cylinder side and an O-ring on the inner side facing the exhaust.

We currently recommend the following STAGE6 exhausts for maximum performance:

• Exhaust STAGE6 R/T 90 - 100, low mounting
• Exhaust Stage 6 80 - 90 black, high mount

Both exhausts work well with the 95cc cylinder. So if you already have the 80-90 exhaust, there's no need to switch to the 90-100 exhaust.

For the remaining configuration we recommend the following components:

• AM6 crankshaft STAGE6 R/T 44 stroke and 90mm connecting rod
• R/T AM6 STAGE6 crankshaft bearings for 20mm axles
• Carburetor STAGE6 R/T 34mm
• Internal rotor ignition STAGE6 R/T of PVL MINARELLI AM6
• 5-plate clutch STAGE6 R/T MINARELLI AM6

To install the cylinder into the crankcase, the crankcase must be opened a little to fit the cylinder base. Detailed installation instructions are attached.

These are the required dimensions:

Cylinder base: D.58.4 mm (+0.1 mm), depth 13 mm
Piston Clearance: D.53.8 mm (+0.2/-0.1 mm), 24 mm (±0.2 mm) Depth
