HOW WE SHIP YOUR ORDERS
Under each product and in the cart you can already view the expected delivery date and as soon as the shipment of the order has been confirmed you will find in your account (and by email) the tracking code that you can follow BY CLICKING HERE. The code will be active from late afternoon, as soon as the courier has taken charge of your package. Get comfortable, you just have to wait!
During the purchase, also in the cart, you will be shown shipping costs and payment methods:
Delivery to the courier: with an additional 5 euros you can pay in cash upon receipt of the goods.
Bank transfer: you will be told our bank details to make the transfer. In this case the shipment will be fulfilled as soon as the deposit is found.
Postepay: you will be notified of the details to recharge on our card, you can do so at post offices or tobacconist in charge.
PayPal/Credit Card : the most popular method for online payments, fast and secure, whether you have a PayPal account or a common credit card
Deliveries in some areas of Italy, such as islands or "disadvantaged" areas (areas where there are no nearby operational locations of couriers) may have delays in delivery of 1/3 days, beyond the reported 2/3 days of delivery provided.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Were you wrong to order or is there a problem with the chosen product? Don't worry, within 10 days of receipt of the goods you have time to contact us and arrange the return by sending back the complete product of its original packaging.
In case of defects you will be refunded in full or we will replace the item while in case you have only changed your mind we will still refund except for shipping costs.
