PRODUCT WARRANTY
PETROGALLI MOTO, in compliance with current regulations, guarantees the products resold, with the exception of those intended for competitive use
1 - In order to take advantage of the warranty replacement of a product that is found to be defective, the customer must first contact us by phone (0346-22779) or by e-mail at [email protected] and report the problem
2 - Once everything has been reported, send the product complete with all its parts and packaging to the following address:

No warranties will be given on products that:
- Are damaged due to improper use, incorrect installation, assistance, maintenance or repair work carried out by personnel not previously authorized in writing (by email, fax or letter) by PETROGALLI MOTO
- They arrive at our warehouse without what is provided for in the original packaging.
- They are not accompanied by the required documentation: the lack of documents certifying the origin of the product will relieve PETROGALLI MOTO of any warranty obligation.
Once we have received the product and ascertained the nature of the fault, we will replace the product with a similar one. Products such as control units, coils, ignitions, instrumentation and other electronic products that cannot be controlled and verified by us, will be sent to the parent company to assess whether the damage is due to a factory defect or incorrect assembly, this will result in a control and response time with variable times depending on the supplier company and not dependent on us. If the product is no longer available (because, for example, it is out of production) the customer will be paid, in the form of a credit note, a sum equal to the value of the object found to be defective.
PETROGALLI MOTO undertakes to replace the defective product within 1 calendar month of receipt of the item at our warehouse, sending it back to the address indicated by the customer.
Note on shipping: Shipping costs (both for sending and returning) are always the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, cash on delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
PRODUCT HOMOLOGATION
With the exception of the products defined in the description with the words APPROVED and/or STREET LEGAL, the products sold on Petrogallimoto.com are not approved for use on roads open to the public, they are intended only for use in sporting events on the track or in closed circuit or in any case in areas not open to traffic. PETROGALLI MOTO is not responsible for any material or immaterial consequences deriving from the improper use of its products.
PRICES
The prices of the products displayed may include VAT / excluded. However, it is indicated on the page if value added tax is applied.
Prices may be changed at any time, without prior notice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal applies according to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999 to final consumers (natural persons) who purchase on our sito for non-professional purposes and does not apply to those subjects who instead purchase goods for the performance of their professional activity.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to all unused, opened or assembled products, where the packaging and the product are as original, for which it is possible to subsequently resell them as a "new" item
In general, an object can be considered and relisted as "new" if it is intact, has never been used, is not damaged, does not show signs of wear, does not show marks or halos due to the application of third-party products such as liquids, greases, paints or others that are not originally present and that do not show signs of assembly.
Always open the packages carefully avoiding damaging boxes and packaging, do not throw away the accessories contained inside.
All returned goods must be returned intact and packaged in their original packaging.
It does not apply to goods that are custom-made by our laboratories or perishable goods.
The desire to withdraw must be communicated by registered mail with return receipt within 10 days from the date of purchase. The date of the postmark is valid. Alternatively, PETROGALLI MOTO allows its users to communicate this desire via email to the address [email protected]. Once the authorization for termination has been received by PETROGALLI MOTO, the buyer must send back the purchased goods at his own expense, taking care to return them in their original packaging, to our address: PETROGALLI MOTO Viale venezia N°16 - Clusone Bergamo c.a.p. 24023.
The return request is accepted no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
If the goods received by PETROGALLI MOTO meet the requirements for the right of withdrawal, PETROGALLI MOTO undertakes to refund the amount paid within 10 working days, net of shipping costs, (art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999).
If there is an opening with damage to the packaging or anything else that compromises the integrity of the product or the packaging itself, this automatically forfeits the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 5 III° paragraph a) f) Legislative Decree 185/44 co.4. In this case, the consumer customer is provided with a purchase voucher for an amount equal to the order as a refund.
Without prejudice to what has already been stated above, returns will not be accepted in the following cases: 1. Cash on delivery shipments or in any case at our expense. 2. Absence or deterioration of the original packaging, complete in all its parts In these cases, the goods will be returned at the expense of the customer.
