Since its inception, STAGE6 has been committed to developing performance-improved tussing components and not hesitating to tackle new tasks. From today they are entering the gear motor market by introducing the STAGE6 The Big Racing 77cc MINARELLI AM6. The thermal group includes: 77cc cylinder, aluminum hole, 50mm, with 5 transfer and 32mm bridge exhaust nozzle 1 single band piston VERTEX, d. 50mm high compression head, monoblock, aluminum gasket set (base and head seals) The cylinder was developed in close collaboration with MXS Racing experts; taking advantage of their considerable experience in the field of mopeds and drawing on their extensive technical know-how, STAGE6 was able to design a new and convincing tuning cylinder. The cylinder has a rather simple and inconspicuous external appearance, but we all know that appearances can be deceptive. We are talking about a real "Big Bore" - the arrangement of the cylinders is not based on a modified standard model that has been milled open to create a larger hole, but has been designed as a Big Bore from the beginning, with corresponding transfer mouths and a drain fitting large enough to support excess performance. BigRacing cylinders impress with ease of installation, exceptional performance and high reliability. Installation is very simple, milling the plinth or any other modification is not necessary. The squish is preset to a value optimized for the respective engine type. In terms of power, BigRacing cylinders throw it off the field of play: we measured a huge number of 23 hp and 13 Nm on our P4 test bench using a standard configuration (24 mm carburetor, original ignition, racing exhaust etc. Connection times are relatively low, the volume of the cooling system is quite large, and the piston is a high- VERTEX high-quality piston. All these factors contribute to the high reliability and robustness of the cylinder, provided that the configuration and adjustments are appropriate. The displacement is 77 cc (50 mm piston) and is therefore not of a legal road type (in many countries). We highly recommend a reinforced crankshaft with standard stroke. The exterior is a replica of the original 49cc cylinder; don't worry, this is definitely a 77cc cylinder!
