-In order to take advantage of in-warranty replacement of a product result defective the customer must contact us by phone (0346-22779) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to report the problem.

-the product must be accompanied by purchase invoice or receipt and from a spreadsheet containing customer references

Received the product and found our part the nature of the fault, we will proceed with the replacement of the product with a similar.
If the product is no longer available (for example because it is out of production) will be recognized to the customer, in the form of a credit note, a sum equal to the value of the faulty result object.
PETROGALLI MOTO undertakes to replace the defective product within 1 calendar month from the receipt of the item at our warehouse, sending him to the address indicated by the customer.
Note on shipping:
Shipping costs (both for sending and returning) are always borne by the customer. Therefore will not be accepted under any circumstances, made on delivery.
