It is already evolving for the CP carburetor POLINI. The new CP POLINI Evolution Ø19 carburetor, specifically designed to make the most of the power of racing engines, manages to give maximum performance from 12,000 to 15,000 rpm engines. The main feature lies in the processing made by numerically control machines of the intake duct that makes the most of the speed of passage of gases. The coupled to the manifold is Ø28: this feature allows to mount a specific manifold that manages to make the most of the greater air flow given by the CP POLINI Evolution Ø19 carburetor. Supplied with the carburetor a flange to adapt it to the new POLINI Evolution filter also with an increased diameter. The very short intake duct is distinguished by its unique concentric design and geometry able to optimize air flows in the gas transit phase. The overgrowth of the gasoline in the pulverizer is made in such a way as to guarantee a correct flow dynamics at each opening position of the butterfly. The petrol inlet hole and the larger pin allow constant fishing even in the most extreme conditions of use. The level of the float, completely plastic, and the seal of the pin, are carefully checked in production to ensure the same standard of efficiency over time. These characteristics make it possible to make it considerably easier to fine-tuning the carburetor calibration. Thanks to the extremely refined calibration scheme, the air gasoline flows, maximum jet and minimum jet have been designed to have the maximum efficiency with lower consumption. The compact dimensions of the new carburetor have made it necessary to carefully and meticulously manage the interior space and the maximum efficiency of all components, subjected to strict thousandth controls.
